This particular line in Killorn’s resume seems to get more ink, more notice and certainly more mention when anyone talks about the Tampa Bay Lightning forward.

Then he saw teammate Patric Hornqvist gather the puck and skate toward the empty net. He saw Hornqvist release the shot, and he saw it sail crisply into the San Jose net.

In 2014, he was named Assistant General Manager of the Flames when Brad Treliving took over as the team’s General Manager. A veteran of over 1000 NHL games, Conroy served as both an alternate and captain of the Flames during his playing career and has been one of the most influential faces of the franchise for the last fifteen years.
