HANOVER, N.H. — On Friday night, senior Kelly Foley (South Boston, Mass.) tallied four points, and became the 33rd player in the program's history to reach 100 career points. Almost an afterthought, the team also secured a 10-5 victory over Yale, which marked the first time the Big Green scored 10 goals since an 11-0 home win against Union on Oct. 28, 2006. The loss dropped Yale to 1-26-1 overall, 1-19-1 in ECAC Hockey and 0-9-0 in the Ivy League.

Foley finished the contest with four assists, two of which came on goals by junior Camille Dumais (Beaconsfield, Quebec) and the other two on goals by senior Reagan Fischer (Irma, Alberta). The four assists marked the first time a Dartmouth player has had four assists since Jenna Cunningham ’09 had four at Rensselaer on Dec. 1, 2007. Foley reached the century mark on her third assist of the contest with Dartmouth (17-8-2, 13-6-2 ECAC & 5-3-1 Ivy) leading, 5-1, seven minutes into the second period.

Fischer dumped the puck behind the net on the far side, and Foley collected it unchecked. She skated back in front of the net and made a quick pass to a cutting Dumais who stuffed the puck into the hole on the near side of the goal.

While Foley was distributing the puck, Dumais was putting it into the net. The junior tallied her first point on an assist, but then scored three goals to record the second hat trick of her career, and the second for the Big Green this season. All four of Dumais' points came after the first intermission. Coming into the game with 95 career points, Dumais ended the contest with 99 on her final goal of the game.

With just under eight minutes remaining in the contest, Dartmouth was peppering the Bulldog net, but freshman goaltender Jaimie Leonoff (Montreal, Quebec) was stopping multiple shots. The Yale defense attempted to reset when junior Sasha Nanji (Markham, Ontario) retrieved the puck behind the net and made a quick pass to Dumais in front of the crease. The forward redirected the pass to the top left corner of the goal and beat Leonoff who was a half second late. The score secured the hat trick and marked her 14th goal of the season.

The top line for the Big Green accounted for 12 points with four coming from Foley and four from Dumais. Not to be out done was the center, Fischer, of the line who finished the game with two goals and two assists for a total of four points. The trio also accounted for back-to-back goals in the beginning of the second period with Fischer scoring off of assists for Foley and Dumais on the first, and Dumais scoring off of assists from Foley and Fischer on the second.

Dartmouth took a 4-1 lead into the first intermission after two goals by Nanji, a score by senior Erica Dobos (Bethel Park, Pa.) and a goal by Fischer. In the second, the team stretched its lead to 8-4 on one goal by Fischer, two by Dumais and one by junior Sally Komarek (Minneapolis, Minn.). The scoring lessoned in the third with Dartmouth scoring two goals and Yale with one.

The Big Green had 10 players score a point and six skaters with double-digit points. Besides Foley, Fischer and Dumais, Nanji had three points on two goals and an assist. Sophomore Ali Winkel (Espanola, Ontario) had two assists and senior Moira Scanlon (Chicago, Ill.) had one goal and one assist.

Freshman Katie Milligan (Kingston, Ontario) got the win for the Big Green, playing the first two periods and half of the third. She made 24 saves, while allowing four goals. Sophomore Whitney Woodcox (Oshawa, Ontario) saw her first action of the season, making four saves in 9:36 and giving up one goal. Genny Ladiges took the loss for Yale, playing the first 20:43. She made 15 saves and gave up five goals. Leonoff came in the second stanza and made 20 saves, while letting five get past her.

Dartmouth went 1-for-3 on the power play with the Bulldogs finishing 2-for-5. The Big Green took 45 shots in the contest compared to 33 for Yale.

Dartmouth takes on Brown on Saturday for the final game of the regular season. It will also be Senior Day for Foley, Fischer, Jenna Hobeika (Alpine, N.J.), Dobos, Brittany Mills (Winchester, Mass.) and Scanlon.
