Sam Lipkin (Fr., Quinnipiac) has been an unstoppable force for the Bobcats this weekend. Through two of the team’s highest-scoring contests of the season (an 8-3 win against Rensselaer and an 8-1 win against Union), Lipkin totaled seven points with two goals and five assists. On Friday, he scored Quinnipiac’s opening goal, then added an assist on the team’s seventh tally of the day on the power play. He had five points on Saturday, again scoring the team’s opening goal, and then assisting on Ethan de Jong’s power play goal and three even strength tallies.
