Karel Prefontaine (Fr., Cornell) is bestowed with Rookie of the Week honors for her outstanding contribution to the Big Red’s weekend sweep. The first-year forward recorded her first career hat trick in Friday’s victory against Dartmouth, adding an assist to finish the night with four points. Prefontaine followed up the next night with another assist in the Big Red’s victory against Harvard. She recorded six shots on goal and concluded with a positive plus-minus of five.
