Union, Dartmouth Come Up Victorious in Five Goal Contests

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. – The latest round of ECAC Hockey games showcased an abundance of goals, with five out of six matchups featuring five goals or more. Colgate and Cornell secured impressive road victories, both triumphing with 7-1 scorelines against Yale and Brown.

Meanwhile, Union took game two in a heated rivalry series with a 5-1 win over Rensselaer in another high-scoring encounter. Quinnipiac, on the other hand, delivered a dominant performance by shutting out nationally ranked Harvard 6-0.

In the lone non-conference game of the night, St. Lawrence took Ferris State to overtime but fell short of completing the sweep. In a thrilling, see-saw battle, Dartmouth and Princeton locked horns until the final moments, with Dartmouth netting a goal just 56 seconds before the buzzer to claim a thrilling 5-4 victory.
