Yale Advances to Semifinals, Cornell, Colgate, St. Lawrence Force Game Three

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. — In a bounce-back effort from yesterday's contest that watched the Bulldogs concede two early goals, Yale is back on top with a shutout win over Harvard to advance to the ECAC Hockey semifinals, which they'll host at home at Ingalls Rink.

Around the rest of the league, Cornell hung on through double over time to beat Clarkson and force a third game in their best-of-three quarterfinal series. St. Lawrence, despite conceding a goal less than a minute into the game, came surging back to topple Quinnipiac, and Colgate hung on to defeat Princeton, with both teams forcing a third game in their respective series in an effort to earn a bid to the ECAC Hockey semifinals next weekend.
