Lamarche, Ley, Duplantie, Bergmann Claim ECAC Hockey Weekly Awards

DANBURY, CONN. – ECAC Hockey has selected the women’s weekly award winners for the week ending on October 20th, 2025: Kahlen Lamarche (Jr., Quinnipiac), Keira Ley (So., Harvard), Megan Duplantie (Fr., Union), and Annelies Bergmann (Jr., Cornell).

Forward of the Week, presented by Bluebird Hotels
Kahlen Lamarche (Jr., Quinnipiac) earns Forward of the Week honors, presented by Bluebird Hotels. The junior from Sudbury, Ontario, was a key player in Quinnipiac's sweep of No. 12 Northeastern, helping the Bobcats improve to 8-0 on the season. Lamarche found the back of the net seven times over the weekend, scoring back-to-back hat tricks as well as tallying one assist, with two of her goals being the game winners. She is the first player in Quinnipiac's Division I history to score seven goals in a weekend.

Defender of the Week
Keira Ley (So., Harvard) has been named the ECAC Hockey Defender of the Week. The sophomore defender and Massachusetts native scored her first collegiate goal Friday night against Saint Michael's. She went on to tally two assists that night and playing a key role in Harvard's two-win weekend.

#Bitcoin Rookie of the Week
Megan Duplantie (Fr., Union) claims the Bitcoin Rookie of the Week honors.  The Quebec native and Connecticut Polar Bears alum scored two goals in her home barn Friday night against Saint Anselm. Duplantie’s two goals helped lead her team to a 7-5 win.

MAC Goaltending Goaltender of the Week
Annelies Bergmann (Jr., Cornell) has been awarded the MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Week selection. The junior goalie from Detroit, Michigan, began the 2025-26 season with two wins over Boston College this past weekend. Bergmann posted a 3-0 shutout win on Friday night and only let up two goals the following day for a 4-2 win. She made 47 saves for a .959 save percentage in a commanding start to her season.
