ECAC Hockey to Continue SNY Partnership in 2025-26 Season

Friday's RPI-Miami (OH) Matchup Begins Broadcast Schedule

DANBURY, Conn. - ECAC Hockey and SportsNet New York (SNY) today renewed a plan to broadcast a selection of Men’s and Women’s Hockey events on the regional sports network during the 2025-26 season. This slate, along with a myriad of other regional offerings, will produce a full schedule of over 30 combined ECAC Hockey contests to be broadcast on linear regional television this year.

The first pair of games to open the new season will emanate from Houston Fieldhouse in Troy, NY as the RPI Engineers face off with Miami (OH) on Friday, October 10 and Boston College on Friday, October 17. Puck drop for both games is scheduled for 7:00 PM. Tomorrow's game against Miami will represent new RPI head coach Eric Lang's first official game behind the bench.

"We’re excited to continue our partnership with SNY after a successful first season showcasing ECAC Hockey programs," said ECAC Hockey Commissioner Doug Christiansen. "The response from fans, alumni, and recruits has been tremendous, and it’s clear that these broadcasts have helped shine a light on the incredible talent and tradition within our league. We look forward to building on that momentum and creating even more opportunities for fans to stay connected with their teams across the ECAC Hockey footprint."

Additional events will be released throughout the season.

In addition to being available on SNY, all games will continue to be streamed on ESPN+ in the United States and on Stretch Internet internationally.
