DANBURY, Conn. – ECAC Hockey is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with 49ing AG, a Swiss-based leader in AI-driven hockey analytics, to enhance the conference’s officiating and marketing operations across the 2025–26 and 2026–27 seasons.

Through this collaboration, ECAC Hockey will leverage 49ing’s Hockey AI platform to support video analysis and decision-making for officiating coordinators, while also unlocking new opportunities for data-driven storytelling and fan engagement.

“This partnership aligns with our vision of combining tradition with innovation,” said Doug Christiansen, ECAC Hockey Commissioner. “49ing’s technology will allow us to better support our officials and enhance how we promote the excellence of ECAC Hockey on and off the ice.”
