DANBURY, CONN. –  As the opening round is underway, heart rates have been high. Clarkson and RPI were in a tight 1-1 race until Clarkson found the back of the net at 15:16 in the third period, heading to the quarterfinals. Harvard and St. Lawrence battled to a 3-3 tie at the end of regulation, pushing overtime. It was not until the last two minutes that the Crimson buried it to punch their ticket to the quarterfinals.
