ALBANY, N.Y. - ECAC Hockey has announced its women’s weekly award winners, and Carly Bullock (Princeton), Sammy Smigliani (Colgate), and Abbie Ives (Quinnipiac) have all been honored for the week ending January 12, 2020.

Player of the Week

Bullock (Sr. - Eden Prairie, Minn.) scored a goal in each game over the weekend, both coming on the power-play to help Princeton go 1-0-1 against Dartmouth and No. 9 Harvard. She played a part in all three Tiger goals against the Crimson on Saturday, adding a pair of assists to her goal, and registering eight shots on goal.

Rookie of the Week

Smigliani (Fr. - La Jolla, Calif.) earns her second consecutive Rookie of the Week honor after scoring three goals over the weekend in Colgate’s sweep of RPI and Union. The freshman scored two goals in a 4-1 win over the Engineers on Friday, and found the back of the net again on Saturday, extending her point streak to six straight.

MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Week

Ives (Sr. - Bedford Hills, N.Y.) allowed just two goals while facing 68 shots this weekend in a pair of wins over No. 9 Harvard and Dartmouth. She was particularly dominant on Friday against the Crimson, sending aside 42 of the 43 shots she faced to help the Bobcats earn a hard-fought 2-1 victory at Harvard.
