CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. — The Bobcats skated to a draw against UMass, then took the extra point — and the Belpot Trophy — in the shootout against UMass. Defending ECAC Goaltender of the Year Yaniv Perets made 21 saves through three regulation periods and a five minute overtime period, then saved all three attempts in the shootout to bring the Bobcats to victory.

Back across the pond, Princeton shut out RIT and Brown brought the Mayor's Cup back to campus with a 3-2 victory over their neighbors in Providence College. Cornell cruised to a 6-0 shutout of UConn under the brightest lights in the world at Madison Square Garden.
