DANBURY, CONN. – Yale and Quinnipiac both emerged victorious in the Nutmeg Classic semifinals on Friday afternoon, advancing to an all-ECAC battle in tomorrow's championship game.
Union jumped out to an early lead and survived a late flurry in a 2-2 tie against nationally-ranked St. Cloud State.
Princeton and Colgate commanded victories over Stonehill and Syracuse, respectively, while Caroline Goffredo's OT winner with less than two seconds left lifted Clarkson over St. Thomas in Nashville.
