DANBURY, CONN. – ECAC proudly announces the men’s monthly award winners for October: Sean Chisholm (Sr., Dartmouth), John Fusco (Sr., Dartmouth), Jake Manfre (Fr., Princeton), and Lawton Zacher (So., Brown).

Forward of the Month, presented by Bluebird Hotels
Sean Chisholm (Sr., Dartmouth) claims Forward of the Month honors, presented by Bluebird Hotels. The senior had an impressive offensive display, and ended the month on a six-game point streak, accumulating 11 points (6G, 5A) for the Big Green throughout November. The Caledonia, Ont. native. ranks first on the team in goals, and second in points.

Ironhead Defender of the Month
John Fusco (Sr., Dartmouth) earns Ironhead Defender of the Month honors for his exceptional performance on the blue line, guiding the 6-1-1 Big Green to the program’s best start since the 1950s. The Westwood, Mass. native concluded November with three goals, two game-winners, and three assists in seven games, with an impressive +3 rating in the opening month of the season in  Hanover.

Bitcoin Rookie of the Month
Jake Manfre (Fr., Princeton) earns Bitcoin Rookie of the Month accolades. November was a breakout month for the forward, who amassed 6 points (3G, 3A). The Kings Park, N.Y. native ended the month off with a strong performance against #12 Ohio State, collecting four points in  a sweep of the Buckeyes.

MAC Goaltending Goaltender of the Month
Lawton Zacher (So., Brown) is honored as MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Month for his stellar performance in the crease, posting a 3-1-2 record for the Bears. Zacher played a pivotal role in the five-game unbeaten streak dating back to Nov. 15. The Minot (NAHL) alumnus made 166 saves this month and a 1.65 GAA. His .943 save percentage this month, and so far this season, stands as the best compared to all goalies in ECAC Hockey.
