Wunder, Winn, Alexander, Doyle Honored With November Monthly Awards

DANBURY, CONN. – ECAC Hockey is proud to announce the women's monthly award winners for November: Issy Wunder (Jr., Princeton), Haley Winn (Sr. Clarkson), Mackenzie Alexander (Fr., Princeton), and Kaley Doyle (Gr., Quinnipiac)

Forward of the Month, presented by Bluebird Hotels
Issy Wunder (Jr., Princeton) secures Forward of the Month honors presented by Bluebird Hotels. The junior forward had an outstanding performance in November, playing nine games and recording 12 goals and 10 assists. Wunder's contributions included a game-winning goal and a hat trick, finishing the month with a +15 plus-minus rating. Wunder is currently ranked third across the NCAA in total goals with 15, already a career-high less than halfway through the year. 

Ironhead Defender of the Month
For the second month this season, Haley Winn (Sr., Clarkson) earns Ironhead Defender of the Month honors with another star-studded performance on the blue line. Winn accumulated ten points through eight games, including four goals and six assists. She also notched the game-winning goal to seal the Smashville Showcase Championship and posted a +6 rating across all eight games in November. Winn, the lone unanimous Preseason All-ECAC member, continues to emerge as one of the nation’s top talents, with The Hockey News currently projecting her as the second overall pick in the 2025 pick in the PWHL draft.

Bitcoin Rookie of the Month
Once again, Mackenzie Alexander (Fr., Princeton) garners Bitcoin Rookie of the Month honors after another impressive month for the Tigers. She concluded the month with five goals and 17 assists in nine games. Alexander's playmaking ability was crucial for Princeton and she finished the month with a +14 plus-minus rating. Alexander is number one in the NCAA with 2.23 points per game and is third in assists with 15.

MAC Goaltending Goaltender of the Month
Kaley Doyle (Gr., Quinnipiac) earns MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Month honors after an unbeaten month between the pipes for Quinnipiac. The graduate goaltender posted a 5-0-2 record, with a 0.98 goals against average (GAA) and a .959 save percentage. Over 428 minutes of play, Doyle made 163 saves, allowed only seven goals, and recorded two shutouts.
