Men's Ice Hockey 3/14/2024 12:00:00 PM 2023-24 First Team All-ECAC Honorees Announced CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. – ECAC Hockey is proud to announce the selection of six student-athletes to its 2023-24 Men’s All-ECAC First Team, with players representing four member institutions. Ian Shane* G Cornell Jr. *Denotes unanimous decision The First Team All-ECAC Hockey offense is headlined by Quinnipiac’s Collin Graf, who amassed 14 goals and 19 assists for an impressive 1.65 points per game average, leading the nationally-ranked Bobcats in goals and total points. Selected by unanimous decision, Graf registered 79 shots on goal and concluded with a positive plus-minus of 19. Joining him at the top honor, by unanimous decision, is Dartmouth’s Luke Haymes, who tallied 31 points in a dominating sophomore season. His 16 goals and 15 assists lead the Big Green offense. Of his 16 goals, Haymes recorded six on the man-advantage and three game winners. Rounding out the offense is Cornell’s Gabriel Seger, who leads the Big Red in all scoring categories with nine goals and 17 assists for 26 total points in 22 games played. Seger tallied 41 shots on goal and maintained a favorable plus-minus of 18. On defense, by unanimous decision, is Union’s John Prokop, who demonstrated his role as a two-way defender this season, contributing six goals and 18 assists for 24 points, leading the Garnet Chargers in scoring. Prokop registered 43 shots on goal and headlined the man-advantage with three power play goals. Next on the blue line is Quinnipiac’s Jayden Lee, whose 17 points lead his defense in scoring. With a career-best season, Lee maintains an impressive plus-minus of 18 and tallied 40 shots on goal. On the backstop is Cornell’s Ian Shane, who had a stellar year, posting a 12-4-4 record to earn him top honors with a unanimous decision. Shane tallied two shutouts over the regular season and made 386 total saves. The junior netminder finished with a commendable 1.82 goals-against average and a .914 save percentage.
