ECAC Hockey Announces 2025-26 Women’s All-ECAC Second Team

Four Institutions Represented; All Players Competing in Quarterfinals

DANBURY, CONN. - ECAC Hockey is proud to announce the lineup of six student-athletes to its 2025-26 Women’s All-ECAC Hockey Second Team, with players representing four member institutions.

Please note that all statistics correspond to the final regular season statistics in ECAC Hockey play only unless noted otherwise.

Three offensive standouts headline the Second Team after playing crucial roles in capturing a share of the regular-season title for Yale and Princeton.

Leading the way for Yale, senior Jordan Ray was dominant in the offensive zone, tallying 12 goals and 19 assists for 31 points. Ray is tied for first in the league in game-winning goals (5) and averaged 1.41 points per game during league play. The Florida native put together an impressive 14-game point streak and finished in the top five in both goals and total points in the ECAC. She delivered in key moments, scoring the game-winning goal against Princeton on February 13, her 53rd career goal, moving her into a tie for fourth on Yale’s all-time scoring list.

Teammate Carina DiAntonio also earned Second Team honors after posting 33 points in 22 league games, ranking second in the ECAC in both goals and points. DiAntonio closed the regular season on a 17-game point streak while averaging 1.50 points per game, second-best in the league. She ranked third in game-winning goals (4), including a tally in Yale’s 4-1 victory over St. Lawrence on February 7.

Princeton sophomore Mackenzie Alexander recorded 13 goals and 14 assists for 27 points, placing her in the top 10 in the league and second on the team in scoring. The Ontario native assisted on the Tigers’ 3-2 overtime win over the Brown Bears, helping to clinch the program’s first ECAC Hockey regular-season title share alongside Yale.

On the blue line, two defensive standouts earned recognition. Piper Grober represented Cornell after registering six goals and 10 assists for 16 points in league play. She finished the regular season with a +11 rating and blocked 23 shots.

Joining her is Quinnipiac Bobcat sophomore Makayla Watson, a 2024-25 ECAC Hockey All-Rookie Team member. The Alberta native posted nine goals, including one power-play goal and two game-winners, along with 12 assists in conference action. Watson ended the regular season with a +12 rating and 23 blocked shots.

In net, Princeton junior Uma Corniea delivered a stellar campaign, compiling a 13-6-0 record in league play. The Minnesota native recorded a 1.63 goals-against average and a .942 save percentage, ranking third in the ECAC. Across 19 league appearances, she made 503 saves and posted five shutouts, tied for second in the conference, backstopping the Tigers to the program's first regular-season title, alongside Yale.
