Leading the forward group is Dartmouth's Hank Cleaves, the only unanimous first team selection. The sophomore has been a crucial player to the Big Green this season. Cleaves leads the Big Green in assists (18) and is second in goals (11) for a total of 29 points (third in ECAC). The Riverside, Connecticut native continued to find opportunities, totaling 52 shots on goal and was a vital piece to the Big Green’s power play unit, scoring three of his goals in the man advantage.

Quinnipiac’s Antonin Verreault dominated for Quinnipiac in his debut season, scoring 12 goals (4th in ECAC) and 16 assists (T-3 in ECAC) for 28 points (4th in ECAC). The Quebec native had 51 total shots and averaged 1.27 points per game in league play. He was an asset on the power play unit, scoring three power play goals this season.

Rounding out the forward selections is Union's Brandon Buhr, who joins the line with five goals and 11 assists for the Garnet Chargers this season. A 2024-25 All-ECAC Hockey Third Team selection, the North Vancouver, British Columbia native makes the jump to Second Team this year for his critical role in Union’s offense. He finished tied for first in assists and second overall on the team for points, and also notched two important game winning goals against RPI and Yale.

On the defensive end, Cornell’s Xavier Veilleux had an impressive rookie season for the Big Red. Scoring three goals and 15 assists (T-4th in ECAC), the freshman found himself setting up his teammates early and often. The Quebec native averaged 0.82 points per game and notched two power-play goals in his first season with Cornell. With 24 points overall, Veilleux owns the second-most points by a freshman defenseman in Division I hockey, trailing Penn State's Jackson Smith, and has the most points of any ECAC Hockey defenseman in conference play.

Colgate’s Isaiah Norlin joins him on the defensive end, who hails from Farmington, Minnesota and was a powerhouse for the Raiders. The sophomore scored six goals and ten assists and is fourth overall for points (16) on the Colgate team. Norlin netted half of his goals on the power play (T-3 in ECAC) and also blocked 26 shots (T-17th in ECAC) and had one game winning goal this season in overtime against Cornell on February 7th for a 3-2 win.

Between the pipes is Emmett Croteau, the Dartmouth standout goalie this season. Croteau posted a 0.905 save percentage, totaling 343 saves on the season. He had an impressive 2.36 goals against average (3rd in ECAC) and had over 900 minutes of time on the ice. The junior was also named the MAC Goaltending ECAC Hockey Goalie of the Month for November and was a two-time Goaltender of the Week.
