Wyttenbach broke the program's Division I first-year scoring record on February 27 against Dartmouth. With 57 points in overall play, Wyttenbach sits in third place, Division I single-season leaders for points, only three away from breaking the record.

Joining his teammate is fellow Bobcat, Antonin Verreault, who also made a name for himself in his rookie year at Quinnipiac. Verreault netted 12 goals (3rd in ECAC) and 16 assists (T-3 in ECAC), accumulating a total of 28 points (4th in ECAC) and ranking 2nd for Quinnipiac. He found himself averaging 1.27 points per game, placing him in fourth in the league. His season included three power play goals and 51 shots.

Rounding out the forward selections is Rasmus Svartström, who was an asset for St. Lawrence. The Helsinki, Finland native leads the Saints with 13 goals and is second on the team with 19 points. His goal total is second in the ECAC out of freshmen and the highest by a Saint since Felikss Gavars scored 13 during the 2023-24 season, and he sits three goals shy of breaking the program's record. Seven out of his thirteen goals were power-play-goals leading the Saints and the ECAC.

Leading the defensive front and representing the RPI Engineers is Thomas Klassek. The Klagenfurt, Austria native was crucial to the Engineers, scoring two goals and 12 assists for 14 points in league play, leading the Engineers in assists and points. Klassek ended the regular season with a four-point night on February 28 against Yale, scoring one goal and tallying three assists for four points, a season high for Klassek, to earn a 4–2 victory.

Cornell's Xavier Veilleux, another unanimous selection, rounds out the defensive line after having a record-breaking season in Ithaca. The Islanders' draft pick finished the regular season with three goals and 15 assists (1st for Cornell) for 18 points (2nd for Cornell), averaging .86 points per game. Overall, Veilleux garnered six goals and 18 assists for 24 points this season, breaking the Cornell freshman defenseman scoring record and becoming the fourth Cornell freshman this season to score at least six goals, matching program records set by the 2002-03 and 2011-12 teams.

Standing strong in between the pipes and joining his teammate for the All-Rookie team is unanimous selection, Cornell's Alexis Cournoyer. The Quebec rookie had an incredible season, finishing the regular season with a 13-6-0 record and first in the league for save percentage at 0.919. The Montréal draft pick appeared in 19 conference games and only allowed 2.01 goals against on average (2nd in ECAC).
