CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. — Yale put up three goals to shut out Rensselaer at home, while the Brown Bears worked their magic in Providence with three goals of their own to take down Union.

Princeton picked up a nail-biter of an overtime win against non-conference opponent Mercyhurst, while Quinnipiac came from behind with a shorthanded goal to knock down Providence.
