Tuffy Selected for USA Hockey Development Camp

Harvard goaltender to attend National Goaltending and Women’s Defense Development Camp in Minnesota.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Harvard women's hockey goaltender Ainsley Tuffy (Duxbury, Mass.) accepted an invitation to participate in 2026 National Goaltending and Women's Defense Development Camp hosted by USA Hockey. The camp will take place May 18-21 at NSA Super Rink in Blaine, Minn. The four days will consist of on-ice training, skill development, video analysis and team building activities for the 26 goaltenders and 12 defenders invited, ranging from 16 to 24 years old.

Tuffy is coming off a sophomore campaign in which she earned All-ECAC Honorable Mention. She led the conference with a .950 save percentage, which was third in the nation. In 21 games played, she totaled 739 saves, a 1.85 goals against average and 12-7-2 record between the pipes. Additionally, Tuffy twice earned ECAC Goalie of the Week and was named Most Valuable Player in the Crimson's Beanpot victory. Tuffy made huge strides in her second season at Harvard, following a first-year campaign where she was competitive in net with a .920 save percentage and 2.77 GAA, but was winless in 16 starts as the Crimson managed just two wins before making the largest turnaround in the NCAA with a 14-win improvement in 2025-26.
