Yale, Clarkson, Rensselaer Shut Out League Opponents

Hartje and Kaltounková hit century mark en route to wins

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. — A great day for hockey turned into an even better day for five ECAC Hockey teams, including Yale, Clarkson, and Rensselaer, each of whom shut out league opponents, with the Bulldogs and the Golden Knights doing so on the road. Out in the Empire State, Quinnipiac downed Cornell by a dominant final score of 6-1 and six different players scored for Colgate as they took down Princeton by a final score of 6-2.

For two players in particular, this afternoon's games became important career milestones. Yale junior forward Elle Hartje and Colgate junior forward Kristýna Kaltounková both tallied their 100th career points en route to big wins over league foes.
