DANBURY, CONN. – Heading into the holiday, Colgate and Clarkson lit up the scoreboard, each securing six points on the weekend. Union delivered a statement Friday night with an overtime upset of No. 4 Cornell before falling to No. 13 Colgate the next day. Cornell bounced back on Saturday with a win over RPI, while Brown claimed three points by holding off St. Lawrence. Princeton shut out No. 7 Quinnipiac in a statement performance. Union and Yale took their opponents into overtime for dramatic victories.
