Bottrill, Rubin, Devlin, and Croteau Claim ECAC Hockey Weekly Awards

DANBURY, CONN. – ECAC Hockey has selected the men’s weekly award winners for the week ending on December 30th, 2025: Ryan Bottrill (Sr., Clarkson), Tyler Rubin (Sr., Princeton), Brock Devlin (Fr., Dartmouth), and Emmett Croteau (Jr., Dartmouth).

Forward of the Week, presented by Bluebird Hotels 
Ryan Bottrill (Sr., Clarkson) has earned the Forward of the Week title, presented by Bluebird Hotels. The Arizona native was a crucial player in Clarkson’s 3-2 win Monday night over RIT. Bottrill found the back of the net twice within 6:48 minutes of each other in the second period. The Golden Knights close out 2025 8-11-0 and will hit the road to play Niagara University on January 3rd to open up 2026.

ADAPT Nutrition Defender of the Week
Tyler Rubin (Sr., Princeton) has been honored with the ADAPT Nutrition Defender of the Week award. The Belmont Hill alum tallied two assists in the Tigers' overtime win over Brown. Rubin ends 2025 with one goal, six assists, and seven points. The Tigers are back in ECAC action in 2026, where they will host the Big Green and Harvard January 2nd and 3rd.

Rookie of the Week
Brock Devlin (Fr., Dartmouth) claims Rookie of the Week recognition. The rookie defender picked up his first collegiate point, posting two assists in the Big Green’s 4-1 win over Arizona State. His first assist of the game was on teammate Cam MacDonald's game-winning goal. The Big Green ended 2025 6-0 in conference play and will hit the road to open up 2026, travelling to Princeton and Quinnipiac.

MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Week
Emmett Croteau (Jr., Dartmouth) is the MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Week. The 2022 Montreal Canadiens draft pick went 1-0-0 this weekend over Arizona State. The Big Green won 4-1, where Croteau made 19 saves, allowing 1 goal for a 0.950 save percentage. Croteau ends 2025 6-1, with one shutout, a 1.14 GAA, and 161 saves and 0.953 save percentage.
