DANBURY, CONN. — ECAC Hockey and its member institutions have announced nominees for the 2025 Men’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year award, honoring one student-athlete from each program.
The ECAC’s Men’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year award is presented annually to an ECAC Hockey male athlete who most embodies the qualities of excellence and leadership on the ice, in the classroom, and throughout their community.
In 2024, Cornell forward Gabriel Seger was presented with the honor after excelling on and off the ice, including a 3.51 cumulative GPA as an electrical and computer engineering major and 30+ points in his final season for the Big Red.
