Representing the Brown Bears, senior captain Jade Iginla posted 12 goals, including four power-play goals and four game-winners, while adding 11 assists for 23 points in 20 league contests. Iginla ranks tied for third in game-winning goals across ECAC contests. On February 7, Iginla scored her 50th career goal to become the 14th player in program history to achieve the feat.

Colgate senior Elyssa Biederman continued to be a force for the Colgate Raiders. The Michigan native tallied 13 goals, including two power-play goals and three game-winners, and added 18 assists for 31 points in ECAC play, placing her among the top five scorers in the league. Biederman delivered a dominant performance against St. Lawrence in January, recording her second hat trick of the season, including the game-winning goal, and adding two assists in a 6–2 victory.

On the defensive end, two senior standouts earned recognition. Grace Dwyer represented the Big Red after posting five goals and ten assists in 22 games. One of her goals was the overtime game-winning goal on February 13 in a 4-3 win over St. Lawrence.

Joining Dwyer is Yale’s Gracie Gilkyson, who recorded five goals, a power play goal, and a game winner, as well as nine assists for 14 points in 22 league games. The senior closed the regular season as the league leader with 32 blocked shots, playing a key role in the program's second ECAC Hockey regular season title.

Between the pipes, junior Annelies Bergmann delivered another standout campaign for Cornell, securing an opening round bye with a 14-7-1 record. Bergmann finished with a 1.87 goals against average and five shutouts. Both ranked among the top five in the ECAC, while making 544 saves for a .930 save percentage across 22 ECAC contests.
